Who We Are
Digital Mxlytics is a founder-operated digital marketing agency run by Ashutosh Zala, providing PPC campaign management and professional SEO to businesses in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and other international markets. We’re based in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, and registered there as a Udyam business. You can read more about how we work on About Us.
Digital Mxlytics is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. Where applicable, we handle personal data in accordance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.

What We Collect
We don’t run user accounts, comments, or file uploads on this site, and we don’t take card payments here — ad spend goes directly to Google, Meta, or LinkedIn, and our fee is billed separately.
- Information you send us. Strategy-call and contact forms may include name, business name, email, website URL, country, platform(s) of interest, budget range, and a message. Name and email are required to reply; everything else is optional unless marked required.
- On-page estimators. The calculator on our homepage uses the numbers you type in to generate an on-screen illustration. Depending on the site’s technical configuration, related interaction or technical data may also be processed by the analytics or advertising tools described in this policy.
- Technical data. Standard web-server and analytics data — browser and device type, approximate location, IP address, referring page, and pages viewed.
- Cookies and similar tools. See Cookies below.
- WhatsApp conversations. If you chat with us on WhatsApp, Meta processes that conversation under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy from the moment it starts; we receive and use it to reply to you.
Please don’t send government ID numbers, card details, or health information through a form, email, or WhatsApp — we don’t need it, and we’ll delete it if it’s sent to us anyway.
This site and our services are for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted something to us, email us and we’ll delete it.
How We Use Your Information

A reply to an enquiry you sent isn’t a newsletter — you can ask us to stop either at any time. We do not sell your personal information, rent lists, or pass your enquiry to another agency to pitch you.

Third-Party Providers
Website technologies — the following may process information from visitors to this site: Hostinger (hosting), WordPress/Elementor (website and form functionality), Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (if installed), and advertising/conversion tags for Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads (if installed, to measure our own marketing).
Client work tools — once you engage us and grant access, we may work inside your own Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Workspace/Meet, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads accounts. Information in those accounts is yours and is covered by your agreement with those platforms, not primarily by this website policy.
Where Your Data Goes
Because Digital Mxlytics is based in India, information submitted directly to us may be accessed and processed in India. Our third-party providers may also process information in other countries. Where applicable privacy law requires safeguards for international transfers, we will use appropriate safeguards required by that law. We do not currently operate an office in the UK or EU. Where applicable law requires us to appoint a local representative, we will do so.
For Visitors in the UK/EEA
Where UK GDPR, EU GDPR, or similar laws apply, our legal basis for processing may include your consent, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing a contract, complying with a legal obligation, or our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving our website and business.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected — generally: server and analytics logs for a limited operational period; enquiries that don’t turn into client work for a period of a year or two, unless you’ve asked us to stop contact sooner; and client files, campaign records, and invoices for the length of the engagement plus whatever period Indian accounting or tax rules require afterward. You can ask us to delete an enquiry earlier at any time.
Your Rights
Email contact@digitalmxlytics.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject. We may need to confirm it’s really you before acting, and we aim to respond within 30 days. Depending on where you’re located, you can generally ask us to:
- Give you a copy of what we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete data we no longer need
- Withdraw consent (one email is enough)
- Stop marketing communication
- Object to or restrict certain processing, where local law gives you that right
India — you’re a Data Principal under the DPDPA. Raise a grievance with us first; if unresolved, you can escalate to the Data Protection Board of India. United Kingdom — UK GDPR and PECR may apply; you can complain to the ICO. Canada — PIPEDA, or applicable provincial privacy legislation, may apply depending on the circumstances; you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the relevant provincial authority. Australia — the Australian Privacy Principles may apply, subject to small-business exemptions; you can complain to the OAIC. United States / California — we don’t sell personal information for money. If we ever add a tag on this site that California law treats as “sharing” for cross-context advertising, you can email us to opt out. Applicability of individual US state privacy laws depends on the requirements and thresholds of the relevant law.
If You Become a Client
Working with us may mean access to your ad accounts, Analytics, Search Console, or lead data. That data stays yours — we use it to do the PPC or SEO work described on those service pages, and remove our access when the engagement ends, aside from records we’re required to keep. We don’t add your customers or leads to our own marketing lists.
Automated Estimates
The calculators on this site are illustrations only — they don’t approve you, set your price, or decide whether we take on the work. A person reviews every enquiry.
Data Security
The site runs over HTTPS. As a solo-operator business, access to client accounts and data is limited to the founder. No website is unbreakable — if a security incident is likely to affect you, we’ll notify you and, where Indian law requires it, the Data Protection Board of India.

Links to Google, Meta, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or any other third party lead to sites we don’t control. Their privacy practices apply once you leave ours — check their policies before sharing anything sensitive.
Changes to This Policy
We’ll update this page and the date above whenever what we collect, or who processes it, changes — including if we ever add a new advertising pixel or start taking payments directly on the site.
